David R. Cohen, Chair of Stark & Stark's Nursing Home Litigation Group, authored the article, Nursing Home Litigation: Fitting in the OBRA Regulations for the September 14, 2009 edition of the New Jersey Law Journal. The article discusses the increase in nursing home litigation cases throughout the country over the past decade and reviews the federal regulations outlined by the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1987.
