David Cohen
David Cohen is a Shareholder in the Personal Injury Group of Stark & Stark, a prestigious Northeast law firm that specializes in Nursing Home Litigation. Dave Cohen lectures extensively across the country, as a leading expert in nursing home litigation. Cohen has taught trial attorneys in Memphis, Seattle, Atlantic City, New York, Newark, Las Vegas, Austin, New Brunswick, Fort Lauderdale, Nashville and a host of other locations. Here, Cohen is seen at the most recent event, a litigation conference and Trial College where he served as Course Adviser and Co-Chair.
Michael Brusca
Michael A. Brusca is an Associate and member of the Nursing Home Litigation Group of Stark & Stark. Mr. Brusca concentrates his practice in the representation of nursing home negligence and abuse claims, elder abuse and assisted living facility litigation.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark Mr. Brusca served as a trial attorney for the United States Air Force in Hampton, Virginia, Doha, Qatar and Misawa, Japan. During his time with the Air Force, Mr. Brusca litigated numerous trials in the United States, Middle East and throughout the Pacific and gained extensive experience in all aspects of litigation. Mr. Brusca also served as Special Assistant United States Attorney where he was responsible for investigating, charging and prosecuting all civilian misdemeanor offenses in Federal Court.
